💫 Embodied Dance Partnership Journey: A fusion of conscious dance exploration and partnership exercises for connection, trust and intimacy. Dive into an immersive journey for embodied dance and partnership connection developed from my 12-year experience of teaching partner dance, leading groups, practicing mindfulness, embodied dance and studying theories of dance-movement analysis. _____ ⭐️ Course Overview: ⭐️ _____ 1. Immersive embodiment exercises in partnership. 2. Facilitation tools for creating and delivering your own sessions. 3. Mindfulness and reflection. _____ ⭐️ Content ⭐️ _____ Session 1 Body: what we move - Experience partnership exercises that explore body intentions and body organisation. Session 2 Space - where we move - Experience partnership exercises that explore geometries and pathways in space. Session 3 Shape - why we move - Experience partnership exercises that explore shape qualities and shape flows. Session 4 Effort - how we move - Experience partnership exercises that explore movement dynamics and structural dynamics. Session 5 Partnership - who we move - Deepening our conscious exploration of embodied dance in partnership and alone. —— ⭐️ —— This immersive and experiential journey of embodied dance in partnership is rooted in dance theory and practical experience. These sessions will bring you profoundly closer to yourself and your capacity for connection. You will engage in active exploration of each topic so that the content is embodied in your sensory network and then reflect these experiences into your personal and relational-life. At the end of this course you will feel confident and knowledgable in your capacity to connect creatively and deeply with others.
