💫 Embodied Dance Leadership: A fusion of study, experience, and innovation. Dive into an immersive and practical course in leadership through dance, developed from my 12-year experience of teaching dance, leading groups, practicing mindfulness, and studying theories of dance-movement analysis. This course is a culmination of collected wisdom, collected experience and profound insights. _____ ⭐️ Course Overview: ⭐️ _____ 1. Learning, practicing and reflecting on the embodied dance content. 2. Leadership through embodiment. 3. Preparing and delivering workshops and programs. _____ ⭐️ Content ⭐️ _____ Session 1 Body: what we move - Learn to analyse body movement and link mindful anchors into body actions. Then explore a variety of ways to experience embodied intentions and body organisation. Session 2 Space - where we move - Learn to navigate space and embody cognitive experiences in spacial directions. Then explore a variety of spacial spheres and geometries and their significance in terms of cognitive processing and leadership. Session 3 Shape - why we move - Learn to embody famine and masculine shapes and their associated energy dynamics. Then explore relational considerations and authentic communication practices. Session 4 Effort - how we move - Learn to play with embodiment in a way that expands energetic awareness and cognitive perception. Then explore the full toolbox of embodied dance techniques that can turn any type of workshop into a successful embodiment practice. Session 5 Leadership - embodying wisdom - Learn tools that help you to show up as the best version of yourself and cultivate transformation in others. —— ⭐️ —— This immersive learning experience, rooted in theory and practice, equips you with the tools to go deep into an embodied state of being and craft your own transformative sessions for others. You will engage in active exploration of each topic so that the content is embodied in your sensory network and then reflect, create and transpose this experience into your personal and professional life.
