Zoukenergy Retreat Summer 2021

Dear Friends, we have the date and location for the next Zoukenergy Retreat in Switzerland! 🥳 This retreat is in a beautiful woodland and countryside hotel and is fully catered by staff at the hotel. There is a separate dance room, eating room and meditation room.

The theme is 70% Zouk and 30% Spirituality, Meditation, Yoga, Music and Other Activities. All yoga mats, cushions, towels and soaps are provided by the hotel. The WaldHotel near to Chur is specifically designed for spiritual retreats and we are so lucky to be able to reserve the entire hotel for ourselves for one weekend.

Hotel: 2x nights accommodation

Food: 2x brunch, 2x dinner, Water, Tea, Coffee

Equipment: Bedding, Towels, Soaps, Meditation Cushion, Yoga Mat

Parking: Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please register your car with me.

- Activities include, Zouk workshops, zouk games, dance and body meditations and awareness, other meditations and activities including yoga, painting, singing, and just hanging out with awesome, open minded and beautiful people!

- If you have a hand-drum 'pandeiro' or 'atabaque' 🥁 please bring it with you.
