Join us for the second year at this stunning location in Churwalden. This year we have all the regular activities such as Zouk dancing, music and meditation, plus further exploration of Wilderness both inside and outside of your body. This experience will be Wild to stretch your mind, body and soul.

These retreats are my favourite events in the year and they keep getting bigger and better and deeper and more beautiful in every way! 💞

Theme
The theme of this retreat is INTO THE WILD and the intention is to get down and wild with our energies and just Let Everything Go in the form of dance and other activities so that we can be free and empty for creativity, movement and connection. This retreat is going to be powerful, challenging, loving, deep and SO MUCH FUN!!

I will be leading the retreat with the company and wisdom of Daniela Rose:
Daniela is a passionate lover of diving deep and seeker of inner truth. She holds spaces for trasnformation through the realms of breath, voice, healing, embodiment, expansion and essence. During Zoukenergy 6 she will guide us on a journey to free our bodies, awaken our hara power, reclaim our roots and activate our voices into full aliveness.
